How to Order?
1. Choose one/ muliple products that you would be interested in through the diverse product variety we offer.
2. DM us on Instagram/ Email me to enquire about the pricing/ customisations and other details.

3. Once details have been provided, you could proceed to place your order!
4. Orders are confirmed once the payment is done and a screenshot of the same is provided.
5. An order confirmation message with be sent followed by frequent updates via the same communication platform to keep you updated!
*Once you receive your order, please do send pictures alongside a review if you liked the products you recieved.
Making Time
Resin:
It takes 1-3 days to cure according to temperature and the product ordered.
Fluid Art:
It takes 1-2 days to dry completely before it can be resin coated/ varnished, which further depends on the size
Mandalas:
These depend on the size & detailing, it can take upto 5-7 days to finish a piece
Art Prints:
These are in stock according to the most recent batch of designs, which is updated on instagram
Digitals:
These will take upto 1-3 days to be ready before being sent out via email.
*For gifting/urgent orders, please dm us on Instagram for further clarification. Most products can be arranged for, in-time.!
Payment & Pricing
Prices for each product are different according to the customisations. Please confirm the prices alongside your specific requirements with me to learn more. Prices cannot be negotiated, unless there is a discount/ offer running at the time of your order. All orders will have an additional shipping charge applicable.
Orders are only confirmed once the payment has been made & a screenshot proof has been provided for the same. We confirm payments within 2 hours; once received, your order will start to be processed and updates will be provided time to time.
The available payment modes are:

Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping.
Shipping charges (PAN India, depending on weight):

Within Delhi: 30-70 Rs
Outside Delhi: 70Rs +
Worldwide charges: Subject to weight of package & courier selected for shipping
Tracking ID's are provided as soon as orders are shipped.
Delivery
Delivery takes place in batches so please place an order giving a 7-20 days timeframe to be delivered (Additional time for worldwide shipping). All shipping updates are posted on our Instagram stories so please stay updated there!
Additionally, in case your order is not claimed or returned due to wrong address being provided by you, we will not be responsible for refunding the amount to you. We can re ship your order but extra shipping charges will be borne by you.
If any item is damaged during delivery, please send an unboxing video from scratch (within 5 days of it being delivered). We will then be able to refund the money minus shipping cost or re ship the order after additional shipping charges are paid by you.
Orders are mainly shipped through India Post, unless requested otherwise (additional shipping charges apply)
If it says item has been delivered- It is either delivered to your address / your neighbours‘ address. India Post takes the receivers signature at the time of delivery. If you still haven’t received it- please do not ask us for a REFUND or RE SHIPMENT since delivery is beyond our control. We will help lodge a complaint & do as much as we can in our capacity. If it says DOOR LOCKED- delivery will be reattempted 2-3 times more and then returned back if not claimed/ delivered. If you wish it to be re-shipped, extra shipping charges will apply.
Same day delivery within Delhi NCR is available; wefast will be used & shipping charges will be told to you at the day of delivery.
Product Care
Resin:
Store in a cool dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Handle all items with care.
For jewellery; please do not wear perfume/ lotion alongside wearing it. Clean with mild soap and water
Fluid Art:
All items are varnished/ resin coated so please clean with a soft cloth only.
Mandalas:
Canvas mandalas; They are varnished/ resin coated so please clean with a soft cloth only.
Paper mandalas; Please handle with care. It is recommended to get the original artwork framed
Art Prints:
Do not bend/ fold.
Spotify Plaque:
Please be very gentle as it can break easily. Clean with a soft cloth only
